Herewith we provide information on how we have decided to adapt our products and services in order to deliver the best possible service given all the new regulations and safety precautions we are taking to protect our clients and staff as far as possible.

STAFF AND VEHICLE SAFETY
- Our employees DO NOT make use of public transport to commute to and from work.
- We are only permitted to transport 5 cleaners in a vehicle.
- Our employees are screened and temperature tested before entering the vehicle at our office. If someone doesn’t pass the COVID-19 checklist, they are NOT PERMITTED to work and is sent home to self-isolate.
- We have different and more flexible time slots to accommodate the safety procedures of disinfecting the premises, vehicles, equipment and ladies between sites.
- Our employees complete the official COVID-19 questionnaire regularly for tracing purposes and it is kept on their file for in case they fall ill.
- All our employees are educated about the virus and the way we must adapt our conduct in order to keep each other safe.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is issued to all cleaners: face shield and cloth mask, gloves, overall. Shoes are disinfected before entering clients’ premises and hands/gloves are regularly sprayed with hand sanitizer.
- We wash and iron the overalls and disinfect the equipment at the office at the end of the day.
We trust that you will agree that adhering to the protocols and safety measures is above all of utmost importance in this time.
DEEP CLEANS
As recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO), regular cleaning and disinfection of your home and office is of utmost importance. We recommend a thorough deep clean at least once every 6 months, but now during COVID-19 possibly more.
We do a site visit at your premises to recommend the number of cleaners and hours necessary to perform a deep clean.

PROCEDURES AT THE PREMISES
We are well aware of the fact that many clients will be hesitant to trust us back into their homes but we can offer the following as reassurance:
Our staff are reminded and monitored by our supervisors to always adhere to the new rules and regulations for working conditions, including:
After all the work is completed, our supervisors will inspect the premises and disinfect all touched surfaces and high traffic areas with the sanitizing spray. As far as possible, we encourage that people leave the premises for our visit, to further minimise the risk of contagion.

- NEVER remove your mask or face shield
- NO eating or drinking on the premises
- Use our approved HAND SANITIZER regularly
- Keep necessary SAFETY DISTANCE between each other
